Signing up an account is a simple process and the navigation is easy but I did encounter some page errors, automatic and frequent logout problems which was quite frustrating.

The sportsbook offers odds on football, basketball, hockey, boxing, golf and novelty bets.

Wager types include straight wagers, parlays, teasers, if bets, round robins, reverses, buy points, futures and props.

The homepage advertises an abundance of deposit methods but once you are logged in to the members area the only options available are NETeller, InstaCash, Credit Card, Electronic Check, Direct Money Transfer and SolidPay. Deposit limits vary depending on the method.

Withdrawals can be requested at any time but they are only processed on Mondays after 12 noon EST. Methods of withdrawal include NETteller, Electronic Check, Credit Card, Direct Money Transfer, Bank Wire and curiously Prepaid ATM which isn't listed as a deposit method.

Errors and inconsistencies are always a bad sign!

The book has a history of slow payouts and has resorted to payment plans in a bid to clear outstanding debts to customers and although some waited as long as 12 months for their money the majority did eventually receive their final installment. However there are some customers of the GoTo Entainment group of book who haven't been so lucky.

Bonus and promotions are characteristic of scam and high risk books so as expected there are plenty on offer at Enterbet, a tactic used to tempt the unwitting customer in to signing up and making a deposit with them.

Customer support is available via email, telephone and live chat and when I reported a technical problem the agent was very helpful and willing to walk me through the problem. Although my experience was good, many customers have complaints of bad service.

With a pattern of slow / no payouts and a shaky financial situation Enterbet is a high risk operation and extreme caution must be used when dealing with this and any of the GoTo Entertainment sportsbooks.
